மாளா உன் காதலினால் மாதேவன் உனை அடைந்தேன்

மாறா உன் நினைவினில் நான் மேலான பதமடைந்தேன்

வேறெங்கும் கேட்டிடினும் பெற முடியாது உன் பாசம்

பாரெங்கும் தேடிடினும் காண கிடைக்காது உன் நேசம்

உனையன்றி நான் காணும் யாவும் வெளிவேஷம்

மதி மயங்கி நானும் செய்த தீவினைகள் எத்தனை

விதி இயங்கி நானும் எந்தன் உயிரையே வதைத்தனை - நல்

மதிகொடுத்து நீயே என்னை சீர்திருத்தி வைத்தனை - நற்

கதி கொடுத்து நீயே என்னை அருகிருத்தி வைத்தனை

சங்கரா நீ காட்டும் அன்பின் ஆழம் எத்தனை

மாளா உன் காதலினால் மாதேவன் உனை அடைந்தேன்

மாறா உன் நினைவினில் நான் மேலான பதமடைந்தேன்
