ஆம் என்று சொன்னாலும் இல்லையென மறுத்தாலும்

ஐயனே நீதானே எந்தன் விழி

இன்பம் துன்பம் என்ற இருமுனை வாழ்விலே

இறைவா நீ வழிகாட்டி செல்லும் துணை

அன்பென்னும் கரம் நீட்டி அணைத்திட வந்த பேர்

அருளே உனக்கிங்கு யாரே இணை

நித்திய வஸ்துவாய் நிர்மல ரூபமாய்

நிற்கின்ற வடிவமே சத்தியமே

தீபமாய் ஒளி தந்து கீதமாய் எனில் வந்த

நாதமே சங்கரா என் ஜீவனே
