தசரத ராமனென அவதரித்தாய் - உன்

தாள்களில் பாதுகையாய் எனை தரித்தாய்

கண்ணனென திருநாமம் கொண்டு வந்தாய் - உன்

கையில் எனைக் குழலாய் ஏந்தி நின்றாய்

சீரடியில் சிவமாக நீ வந்தாய் - உன்

சிற்றடி சேவை செய்து மகிழ வைத்தாய்

சத்திய சாயி என வந்து நின்றாய்

நித்திய பஜனை செய்து பாட வைத்தாய்

கர்த்தராக நீ உலகில் அவதரித்தாய் - உன்

கைதனில் ஆடாக எனை சுமந்தாய்

புத்தனாக நீ ஜகத்தில் தோன்றி வந்தாய் - எனை

போதி மரம் ஆக்கி நிழல் கொண்டாய்

இன்று சிவசங்கரென நீ வந்தாய் - என்

இதயக் கமலத்திலே அமர்ந்து விட்டாய்

கன்றென கதறி வந்தேன் எனை அணைத்தாய் - உன்

கருணை பதங்களிலே அமைதி தந்தாய்
